How to clear your browser cache

Select your browser

Chrome

Computer

  1. Launch Chrome
  2. At the top right, click (vertical ellipse)
  3. Click More tools
  4. Click Clear browsing data
  5. At the top, choose a time range
  6. Check boxes for items you would like to erase (browsing history, cookies etc)
  7. Click Clear data

Android

  1. Launch Chrome
  2. At the top right, click (vertical ellipse)
  3. Click History
  4. Click Clear browsing data
  5. At the top, choose a time range
  6. Check all boxes (browsing history, cookies and site data,  cached images and files)
  7. Click Clear data

iOS

  1. Launch Chrome
  2. At the bottom right, click (three dots)
  3. Click Privacy
  4. Click Clear browsing data
  5. Check all options you wish to clear (browsing history, cookies and site data,  cached images and files)
  6. Click Clear browsing data

Edge

Computer

  1. Launch Edge
  2. At the top right, click (three dots)
  3. Click History
  4. In the window that opens, click … (three dots)
  5. Click Clear Browsing Data
  6. Check boxes for items you would like to erase (browsing history, cookies etc)
  7. Click Clear Now

Android

  1. Launch Edge
  2. At the bottom center, click (three dots)
  3. Click Settings
  4. Click Privacy and security
  5. Click Clear browsing data<
  6. Check all boxes (browsing history, cookies and site data,  cached images and files)
  7. Click Clear data

iOS

  1. Launch Edge
  2. At the bottom right, click (three dots)
  3. Click Settings
  4. Privacy
  5. Click Clear browsing data
  6. Check all boxes (browsing history, cookies and site data,  cached images and files)
  7. Click Clear browsing data

Firefox

  1. Launch Chrome
  2. At the top right, click (hamburger menu)
  3. Click History
  4. Click Clear recent history
  5. At the top, choose a time range
  6. Check boxes for items you would like to erase (browsing history, cookies etc)
  7. Click OK

Android

  1. Launch Chrome
  2. At the bottom right, click (vertical ellipse)
  3. Click History
  4. Click 🗑 (Trash bucket)
  5. Click DELETE on the pop-up

iOS

  1. Launch Chrome
  2. At the bottom right, click (hamburger menu)
  3. Click Settings
  4. Click Data management
  5. Check all options (Cache, Cookies, Website Data)
  6. Click Clear private data

Safari

Computer (Mac)

  1. In the Safari Menu, Click Safari Options
  2. Click Clear History
  3. At the top, choose a time range
  4. Click Clear History

  3. Click Clear History and Website data
  4. Click Clear History and Data
